Wordle is taking over the world. It is a simple game. You get 6 chances to guess a 5-letter word. The unique part of the game is when you submit a word the game will highlight letters if they are in the word. Green means the letter is in the word and in the correct location and Yellow means the letter is in the word, but not in the correct location. Here is a screenshot of the instructions explaining this: When I played this for the first time, I couldn't help think that an activity like this could be easily created in Google Sheets using the Conditional Formatting rules. With Conditional Formatting cells, rows, or columns can be formatted to change text or background color if they meet certain conditions. For example, if they contain a certain word or a number.  I've created a video showing you how to set this activity up in Google Sheets. I'm also providing the spreadsheet from the video that you can use as a template. Click here for the Google Sheets Wordle Template
